Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Bengaluru seeks a Civil Engineering–savvy professional to coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors on ground. You will review designs, run coordination meetings, track schedules, and manage QA/QC through vendor follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has civil engineering background and strong communication skills, with client-facing responsibility and delivery focus for end-to-end project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client, Architects, services consultant, HSSE, contractors and on-ground team
• Generate weekly and monthly reports per client requirements
• Review design information and manage design coordination meetings
• Track progress, QA/QC checklists and follow up with vendors
• Deliver project on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Contribute to technical closure and transition to FM
• Prepare and write clear reports and maintain stakeholder communications

Job Description

• Coordination all stake holders like Client, Architects, services consultant, HSSE team and all contractors and client on ground team.
• Generating reports (weekly, monthly) as client requirement
• Design management- review and comment on design information
• Able to conduct site and design coordination meetings ably
• Follow up with vendor for day-to-day activities
• Preparation and tracking schedule, QAQC checklists
• MEP installation, Quality audits, observations, follow up and closure
• Delivering the project as per agreed timeline and quality within budget
• Technical closure, de-snagging, transition to FM
• Good report writing skills
• Communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering/ Diploma is acceptable. Needs to be aware of all Civil works including sequence of construction activities in civil and interior finishing works, good eye to quality of finishes;
• to be able to understand drawings for construction and able to track project.
• Supports the PM, coordination, adept in technical and interpersonal skills, manage delivery, design reviews, support the project end to end.
• Will be client facing and support SPOC for the project
