Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Teaching and covering the curriculum as designed and outlined by the university by adhering to the rules and regulations.
2. Creating, developing and implementing innovative techniques for better and easy understanding.
3. Monitoring and observing the students attendance, progress and assessments.
4. Preparing various kinds of reports by evaluating and grading the students based on their assessment.
5. Keeping in touch with current trends by reading the latest articles published in different magazines or other relevant literature.
6. Plan and organize for the availability of different study materials and laboratory equipments.

In addition to these responsibilities, he is also responsible for the following duties which are as under:

• He/ She should continue with his research work in the field he/ she is well-acquainted with and publish it
• At times, he may be required to perform some related administrative duties
• He/ She is expected to supervise during the laboratory sessions as well as during the internships and the research work
• He/ She can also suggest and give guidelines to raise the standards of the curriculum

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should possess Degree of M.Pharma with Ph. D in concerned subject from a recognized College.

Candidate must possess excellent academic background, commitment to quality teaching and potential for carrying out outstanding research. Should be able to handle various academic affairs, exercise administrative responsibility in academic matters including development of the curriculum, scheduling of courses and examinations, implementing academic rules, providing academic advice to students, and supporting faculty research.
