Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks a Seed Processing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the seed unloading, cleaning, and preparatory sections at our Odisha facility. You will drive cost reduction, quality improvements, and systems enhancements while ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

The role requires a background in food technology or chemical engineering, with experience in soya extraction plants; additional exposure to flour and TSP/TVP is a plus. On-site work in Odisha, India.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in soya extraction plants.
• Advantage: experience in Flour & TSP/TVP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of seed unloading, cleaning, and preparatory sections; drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and systems improvement.
• Maintain production logs, batch records, and shift reports.
