Atharv Consultants is seeking a candidate to supervise seed processing operations at a soya extraction plant in India. You will oversee seed unloading, cleaning and preparatory sections, while driving improvements in cost, quality and systems, and maintaining production records.

Ideal candidates hold a technical degree (B.E./B.Sc) in Food Technology, Chemical Eng., or related field and have plant experience, with added advantage for flour and TSP/TVP exposure.

Competenze

• B.E./B.Sc in Food Technology, Chemical Eng., or related field.
• Experience in Soya Extraction Plant (seed unloading, preparatory, SEP & DOC).
• Additional experience in Flour & TSP/TVP will be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily operations of seed unloading, cleaning and preparatory sections.
• Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and systems improvement initiatives; maintain production logs.
