Job summary

Swiggy is seeking a warehouse operations professional to drive inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and reverse logistics across our facilities. The role emphasizes process efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders to meet tight targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse operations, exposure to F&V is a plus, and proficiency with Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Having F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowing how to use Google Sheets is a must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse process management including inbound, outbound, inventory and reverse logistics.
• Conduct stock audits and drive shrink reduction.
• Manage manpower and ensure ground processes meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive overall operations.
• Plan and manage reverse logistics and identify root causes of inventory deviations.
• Drive productivity and cost efficiency in warehousing operations.
• Oversee FEFO and FIFO management.
• Coordinate with Dark Store operations for smooth material movement.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics)

• Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations

• Coordination with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement
