Job summary

Valuemize Services is seeking an experienced professional to lead our valuation practice in Gurugram. You will manage engagements from inception to completion, review team outputs for quality, and serve as the primary client contact.

The role requires expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and strong leadership and communication skills to interact with clients and senior professionals. You will oversee multiple engagements with a focus on timely delivery and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant valuation experience.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review financial models, business plans, valuation reports, and presentations for technical accuracy and quality.
• Manage end-to-end valuation engagements for fundraising, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform and review valuation analyses using DCF, market comps, and transaction comps.
• Prepare and review financial models, business plans, and projections.
• Interact with clients, investors, auditors, and legal professionals to understand requirements and present findings.
• Manage multiple engagements with timely delivery and quality.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven candidate to lead our valuation practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing valuation engagements from inception to completion, reviewing the work prepared by the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in business valuation, financial modeling, leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial models, business plans, valuation reports, and presentations prepared by team members to ensure technical accuracy and quality
• Manage end-to-end valuation engagements for Fundraising, Financial reporting and Regulatory requirements
• Perform and review valuation analyses using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Market Comparable Method, Transaction Comparable Method, and other accepted valuation approaches
• Prepare and review financial models, business plans, and projections
• Interact directly with clients, investors, auditors, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to understand engagement requirements and present valuation findings
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business valuation or valuation advisory
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis
• Excellent proficiency in microsoft excel and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior professionals
• Proven ability to lead teams, review technical work and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Preference to Gurgaon located candidate
