Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru, India, is hiring for an Assistant Manager – Ground Transport Operations on-site. You will lead a team, manage vendors, and drive client satisfaction while ensuring KPI targets, safety, and regulatory compliance are met.

Strong English communication and familiarity with Kannada/Hindi are advantageous. The role requires coordinating daily transport operations, reporting, and safeguarding data while maintaining firm standards and onboarding processes.

Assistant Manager Ground Transport Operations

What this job involves

• Delivery of Client Satisfaction
• Ensuring all the KPI’s are met
• Managing the team on daily basis and addressing the issue
• Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue time to time
• Monitoring the daily operations and reporting
• Achieving Safety aspects
• Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported
• Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met
• Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met
• Ensuring no deviation on firm’s contractual compliance are met, i.e., Trainings, and on boarding process etc.
• Ensuring deviations or non-compliance are reported.
• Ensuring all the firm required reports are prepared and published on timely basis.
• Ensuring the data are maintained and archived
• Ensuring the data secrecy
• Monitoring the data secrecy is parameters are met by entire team
• Putting best practices in place
• Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the KRA are being met.
