Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our manufacturing facility in Maharashtra, India. You will oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensure production schedules are met, and drive cost, quality, and safety improvements.

The role requires 5-10 years of general experience in engineering/manufacturing, a BE/BTech degree, and strong leadership skills to develop and manage an operations team across multiple shifts. This is a full-time on-site role in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or BTech degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of general experience in engineering/ manufacturing operations.
• Experience with TPM, safety guidelines, and environmental requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts of a large facility or multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production, cost, and quality improvements.
• Overseeing operations activities to meet schedules and optimize system resources.
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; motivating and developing the management team.
