Job summary

ASSA ABLOY OPENING SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD in Mumbai seeks a Regional Finance Controller to oversee taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with tax authorities and auditors. The role reports to the Finance department and manages one direct subordinate in Taxation.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and transfer pricing is essential. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant corporate experience, preferably in a multinational setup, with proficiency in MS Office and

• Working Knowledge of Direct tax, Indirect tax, Corporate Laws, Payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly payments of all statutory liabilities like TDS, PF, ESIC, GST, PT and other direct and indirect tax-related payments.
• Timely filing of GSTR return monthly/Annually.
• Ensure timely filing of monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns and timely computation of Tax Advances and their payments.
• Liaise with tax auditors to complete transfer pricing compliance and audit.
• Ensure Monthly reconciliation for GSTR 2B (GST Credit).
• Responsible for timely filling of Form 3CEB & Mater file to meet the statutory requirements of Tax authorities.
• Coordinate smooth assessment of transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax.
• Support other functional teams on any tax-related matters, as required.
• Liaise with, maintain effective and strong relations with the tax authorities and other tax consultants.
• Risk and Insurance management – understand existing process workflows and suggest improvements; ensure Internal Finance Control audits.

Position Summary

Education Qualification & Experience required:
