• Strategic Sourcing & Sustainability: Implement and adhere to long-term sourcing strategies aligned with growth, profitability, and ESG goals.
• Vendor Management & Development: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic vendor partners; drive consolidation and capacity utilization.
• Cost & Margin Optimization: Lead negotiations and margin improvement initiatives with visibility into costs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Design, Category, Planning, Buying, and Technical teams on approvals and timelines.
• Product Development & Sampling: Drive sample-to-tech pack processes and timely fit approvals for buying decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Enforce SOPs, Ways of Working, and weekly ORM, with best-practice sourcing policies.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify sourcing risks and ensure supplier quality, social, and environmental compliance.
• Order Management & Execution: Ensure PO creation, manage issues, and track production/shipment timelines.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track KPI vendor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Market Responsiveness: Enable agile sourcing to match market trends and reduce returns.

• Strategic Sourcing & Sustainability: Implement and adhere to long-term sourcing and sustainability strategies that align with organizational growth, profitability, and ESG goals.
• Vendor Management & Development: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic vendor partners; drive vendor consolidation and ensure capacity utilization, compliance, and capability development.
• Cost & Margin Optimization: Lead season-to-season cost negotiations and margin improvement initiatives, including driving PCMRP goals and end-to-end cost visibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Design, Category, Planning, Buying, and Technical teams to ensure alignment on product development, approvals, and timelines.
• Product Development & Sampling: Drive the sample-to-tech pack process, ensuring timely fit approvals, PP meetings, fabric inwards, and sample readiness for buying decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, Ways of Working, and weekly ORMs; implement sourcing policies based on international best practices.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify key sourcing risks and develop mitigation plans; ensure vendor compliance with quality, social, and environmental standards.
