Job summary

VIATRIS is seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant in Bengaluru to design, implement and maintain SAP security solutions ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work on end-to-end SAP Security and GRC projects, including SoD analyses, SOX controls, and ITGC audits, with strong focus on BC tools and user licensing.

The role requires hands-on experience with GRC 10.x/12.x, S/4HANA, BOBJ and FIORI security, MSMP workflows, BRF+ and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on GRC 10.x/12.x, S/4HANA, BOBJ & FIORI apps.
• End-to-end SAP Security projects, rollouts and enhancements.
• Experience with SOX compliance, audits, and DQ controls.
• Exposure to cutover strategy, testing and migration.
• B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience.

Job description

Role Purpose

We're seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our team. The candidate must have a deep understanding of SAP security concepts, GRC processes, and rollout/implementation expertise. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Must have delivered end to end SAP Security Projects, Roll-outs, enhancements and should have the strong knowledge on SoDs, SOX Compliance, ITGC controls, Audit activities & SAP user licensing. Must be self-sufficient to adopt new Enterprise SAP security platforms.

Depends on situation need to extend in the late evenings to provide support, should be in a position to provide weekend support & meet the project due dates (if required).

Key Responsibilities

• With 5+ years of experience in ECC and GRC implementation and support projects.
• Should have at least one end-to-end implementations, rollouts of SAP Security and GRC solutions.
• Should have knowledge of GRC 10.x/12.x implementation and support, including MSMP, BRF+, and rule book customization.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC, GRC, BI security, BOBJ, Native HANA, NetWeaver, and FIORI security.
• Experience in managing change and incident processes, ensuring timely resolution of major incidents.
• Proficiency in user and role administration, as well as transport management.
• Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables and ability to efficiently and accurately, identify Authorization errors using SUIM, SU53 and ST01, STAUTHTRACE, etc... to provide consultative support to Business.
• Deep knowledge of SAP security policy and best practices.
• Experience with SOX compliance, internal and external audits, segregation of duties analysis, and SAP audit discussions.
• Exposure to Cutover strategy, Testing and Migration are mandatory.
• Ability to document security processes, procedures, and auditing, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Knowledge of eCATT (SeCATT) Scripts and LSMW/ SU10 for mass changes.
• OSS administration.
• Ability to work complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users Involve in Solution design discussions and provide cross functional knowledge and ensure the solutions developed will meet quality Mylan standards.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends for planned/unplanned activities.
• Experience in Pharma industry preferred (Not mandatory).

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of a B. Tech, MCA (or equivalent) and minimum of 4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
