Job summary

Godrej Industries Group in Mumbai is seeking a Systems Analyst to assist in creating, reviewing, and refining system workflows, with a focus on regulatory-compliant design and BRD development for SFDC projects.

You will coordinate with Business, Tech, and Operations to support new product launches and system enhancements, resolve issues, and generate MIS reports as required by regulators. 2–4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft BRDs for SFDC development projects related to new policies and gather requirements.
• Identify and resolve system issues to keep the system functioning.
• Ensure system designs comply with regulatory requirements.
• Develop systems compliant with regulators' guidelines and schemes.
• Generate MIS reports and disseminate policies as required by regulators.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, review, and refinement of system workflows to suit emerging trends and innovation.
• Provide regular and ongoing updates and feedback to stakeholders such as Business, Tech, and Operations units to aid in innovating the current product offering, launching new products as well as system developments and enhancements.
• Draft detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for system (SFDC) development projects related to new policies; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives; ensure BRDs are clear, concise, and actionable for system developers.
• Quickly resolve and fix any system issues faced by credit to ensure the system remains functional at all times.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in system design.
• Develop systems that are compliant with all guidelines, requirements, frameworks, and schemes as required by regulators from time to time.
• Disseminate policies to appropriate levels and generate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports through the system as required by regulators.
