Job summary

JLL in Gurugram is seeking a senior consultant to lead cross-functional teams on real estate consulting and valuation projects across India. You will conduct market research, build robust financial models, and develop analytical dashboards for clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, business acumen, and the ability to deliver high-quality, actionable insights to executives. On-site location in Gurugram with a 40-hour weekly schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in international property consultancies and/or Big 4 firms is a strong advantage.

Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree (Master’s or MBA) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience in international property consultancies and/or Big 4 firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) and/or top-tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and/or management consulting firms with real estate focus will be a strong advantage.

Role/ Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Execution - Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality consulting and valuation assignments across India, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Research & Analysis - Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis using client data, market intelligence, and external research sources. Projects include real estate investment analysis, market research, industry overviews, development feasibility studies, portfolio strategy, and site selection.
• Data Analytics & Reporting - Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Field Research & Financial Modeling - Conduct independent primary and secondary research, build robust financial models, and prepare draft reports for inclusion in client deliverables.
• Market Intelligence - Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and best practices across the commercial real estate sector.
• Process Improvement - Contribute to team efficiency through knowledge management initiatives, process optimization, and support for business development activities.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Provide responsive support to JLL team leads and clients as needed.
• Proposal Development - Support the preparation of compelling proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP).
• Participate in periodic business review calls with senior leadership and workshop sessions to advance analytics solutions.

• Technical Skills Proficiency in database management, tracking systems, and analytics platforms. Ability to learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
