Job summary

JLL in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking a senior Reporting and Analytics professional. You will extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create client reports and management information.

Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Salesforce is essential. You will collaborate with regional sales teams, maintain CRM data, and deliver actionable dashboards while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in technology or similar fields.
• Salesforce experience.
• Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST.
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data (revenue, pipeline, client feedback) to produce client and management reports.
• Independently create client-ready dashboards in Power BI and automate routine tasks using MS Office.
• Create actionable dashboards in Salesforce and provide insights to leads across sales cycles.
• Maintain property-based data across CRM platforms and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Collaborate with EMEA and UK Sales and One JLL Client teams to optimize reporting outputs and data quality.

What this job involves:

Reporting and Analytics:

Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data (eg revenue, pipeline, client feedback and other client intelligence) to produce client reports and management information reports. Should have good knowledge of managing multiple reporting platforms with in-depth knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate, Capforce, SharePoint, PowerPoint presentations etc. Ability to independently create client ready dashboards PowerBI. Able to automate routine administrative tasks using MS Office.

Working knowledge of Actionable Dashboards:

Extract data and report creation in Salesforce. Ability to churn the data into meaningful format and provide insights to the leads. Good knowledge of various sales cycles and stages. Experience creating actionable dashboards, analyzing databases and large volumes of data.

CRM Data Maintenance:

Data maintenance of property-based information. Understanding, extracting, and entering data onto database. Should have good knowledge of managing multiple CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects, as well as meet time constraints and expectations.

Stakeholder Management:

Exceptional Stakeholder Management, would need to ensure that all stakeholders are aware about the progress of tasks and clear communication of timelines. Problem solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive for automating the solutions.

Collaborate with team members:

Collaborate with EMEA and UK Sales and One JLL Client teams to suggest and develop the most appropriate reporting outputs that enable these teams to demonstrate success and to highlight risks through data-led, evidence based insights. Suggest measures to enhance data quality and bridge gaps wherever possible.
