Job summary

Haarvard Management Consultants in Mumbai seeks a chemical engineer with 5-10 years in cement grinding upgradation projects to evaluate technology suppliers and optimize plant performance. You will review process drawings, interlocks, and mass/heat balances to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include technical analysis, grinding system optimization, and recommending grinding media and insulation to meet project standards.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating technology suppliers for cement grinding upgradation projects and bulk terminals.
• Review process flow sheets, P&IDs, BIDs, heat & mass balance, drive lists, and process interlocks.
• Perform cement plant process calculations, technical analyses, and optimize grinding systems for efficiency.
• Recommend grinding media, thermal insulation, and other critical process components per specs.
