Haier Appliances in India is seeking a Production Planning professional to organize daily input and sequence plans, ensuring on-time delivery according to customer requirements for Domestic, Export, and OEM.

You will enter weekly plans in SAP, drive 6S and IMS processes, and coordinate with Production, Materials, Sourcing, Import and R&D to execute daily and weekly work orders while maintaining MIS and ISO documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.
• Knowledge of 6S and IMS processes.

Aufgaben

• Prepare daily input plan and sequence plan.
• Deliver products per customer schedule for Domestic/Export/OEM.
• Enter weekly plans in SAP as per OPSI.
• Manage 6S, system processes, New model F.P.A, and IMS.
• Coordinate with Production, Material, Sourcing, Import and R&D for daily/weekly orders.
• Review material shortages for 4-day lookahead and inventory control.
• Maintain MIS including production, material status, plan variation, SAP Plan vs Actual, weekly reports, ISO docs.

Role & responsibilities

• Daily Input plan preparation and Sequence plan preparation
• To deliver the product as per customer requirement schedule for Domestic/Export /OEM.
• Weekly Plan SAP entry every week as per OPSI
• Department management like maintain 6S, follow the system process, New model F.P.A, Daily IMS.
• Internal dept. Planning, Manpower, PPC Training and improvement, Evaluation
• Material Shortage review for Next 4days plan for material execution/Inventory control
• Maintaining MIS (Production, Material Status, Plan variation Report, History sheet, SAP Plan vs. Actual, Weekly Order Closure, MRP run, Mould utilization, Monthly & Rolling Plan, Weekly Reports, Factory OPSI, ISO Doc

Close coordination with Key departments i.e. Production, Material, Sourcing, Import and R&D for execution of daily, and weekly work orders
