Job summary

TigerHire is seeking a detail-focused clinical auditor to review patient records, extract relevant information, and ensure alignment with guidelines. The role emphasizes accurate interpretation of diagnoses, treatments, and history, with an emphasis on data integrity.

You will produce concise summaries for review, uphold regulatory standards, and collaborate with project teams to meet timelines. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work remotely

Qualifications

• MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)
• MCI license – preferred, not mandatory
• Prior-US health care experience preferred
• Clinical auditing experience: minimum 1 year (optional)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work within defined timelines and sign-offs

Job description

• Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria.
• Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history.
• Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines.
