EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Medical Data Reviewer to extract and structure clinical information from patient records. The role requires careful interpretation of diagnoses and treatments, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

You will work with internal teams to clarify details and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule. Ideal candidates have MBBS or MD with at least 1 year of clinical experience, and familiarity with US health care processes is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• MBBS in India or MD with clinical background.
• MCI license preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in clinical records review and auditing is an advantage.
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
• Ability to work within regulatory and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)

MCI license – preferred, not mandatory

Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)

Experience:

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week as Full-time employee
