Responsibilities

• Review medical records, patient files, and clinical trial documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Evaluate adverse events, concomitant medications, and medical histories.
• Ensure all reviewed documents comply with study protocols, GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Support quality assurance processes and maintain documentation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, and regulatory teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and study information.
• Prepare review summaries and reports as required.
