Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking an AR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end accounts receivable processes in Pune. You will ensure timely collections, accurate cash application, dispute resolution, and reconciliations while driving service levels and KPIs.

You will develop collection strategies, review high-risk accounts, partner with Sales and Customer teams, support working capital initiatives, and lead a team of AR analysts.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
• Exposure to global AR operations and transformation programs

Responsibilities
