Adani Transmission (ATL) is seeking an experienced Lead MIS to oversee management information systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering accurate performance reports across departments.
You will coordinate SRM and ORM reporting, support internal and statutory audits, maintain meticulous records, and drive digitization to enable data-driven decision making for improved operational efficiency. This role reports to the Head Office and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

This role is responsible for managing MIS reports and maintaining records of critical information across various departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and analysing operational data to support strategic decision‑making and risk management. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders for reporting, audits, and statutory submissions, as well as maintaining meticulous records and facilitating management discussions for continuous improvement.
BE/B.tech or equivalent technical field.
10+ years of experience in MIS, SRM, ORM, or related areas.
Experience in the energy sector, utilities, manufacturing, or related industries with exposure to compliance and audit processes.
Circulate SRM (Station Review Meetings), ORM (Operational Review Meetings) and compliance reports to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and present data for VVIP visits and management discussions.
Compile and distribute monthly review reports and site data to the Head Office, respond to queries and provide clarifications to the respective departments.
Prepare and share data for audits related to CEA (Central Electricity Authority), PAT, Environment, and Sustainability.
Facilitate discussions with management for approvals and reviews post‑audit.
Maintain records and documentation to support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Capture and analyse data for the Fuel Management System, including inventory, consumption, and heat accounting for coal and oil.
Monitor critical plant issues, gather relevant data, and participate in discussions to identify and mitigate risks.
Track competitor data for benchmarking purposes and provide insights for strategic planning.
Implement and follow IMS, AWMS, DISHA, and CHETNA guidelines within the department.
Promote safety of personnel and equipment through proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.
Execute comprehensive digitization strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Implement automation solutions to support overall organizational goals/strategy.
Implement process and system improvements, adopting newer technologies and innovative ideas.
