Job description

• Study and scrutinize BOQ's, costing, Estimation of projects, negotiation with vendors, coordination with consultants for design and specifications for MEP services for various commercial, residential and hotel projects.
• Study and evaluate tender documents, fixing and finalizing general and commercial conditions of contracts and approval of technical specifications, value engineering.
• Preparation of best estimate, carry out rate analysis, negotiation with vendors, prepare comparative statement with justification.
• Prepare and issue of work order/contract agreements and purchase orders for all the works, equipments and materials.
• Obtain all necessary clarifications of design related issues from the respective MEP service consultants appointed by the company.
• Prepare Noting sheets, BOQ's and work on floating the tenders.
• Provide technical support to the execution staff at site for the contract and planning related issues arising during the execution of contract.
• Deft in swiftly ramping up projects well within budgetary specifications as well as time and quality specifications.
• Adept at working with Architects & consultants along with discuss the as build drawing with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and FF) consultants & finalising the deals.
• Have successfully executed MEP projects for multi-storeyed buildings, commercial complexes, residential buildings.
• Actively worked on software such as AutoCAD, SAP,ERP and MS office Excel.
• Study and scrutinize Design, BOQ, Estimation of project, negotiation and interact with the client and consultants.
• Negotiation with vendors for various materials like pumps, pipes, electrical panels, sanitary fixtures, cables etc.
• Prepare tender documents, fixing and finalizing general, special conditions and technical specifications.
• Carry out rate analysis, prepare comparative statement with justification and value engineering.
• Prepare and issue of work order/contract agreements and purchase orders for all the works, equipments and materials.
• Obtain all necessary inputs from the respective services consultants appointed by the company.
• Monitoring the progress of all contracts during the execution stage through a systematic monitoring mechanism.
• Prepare Noting sheets, BOQ's and work on floating the tenders.
• Provide technical support to the execution staff at site for the contract and planning related issues arising during the execution of contract.
