Job summary

Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (NOS) is seeking a senior US medical coder to lead day-to-day coding operations in Mohali. The role requires 6–8 years of US medical coding experience, CPC certification, and strong CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS knowledge.

You will review denials, support payer audits, and mentor the coding team to ensure accuracy and compliance with CMS and NCCI guidelines. On-site work in Mohali, Punjab, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CPC certification is mandatory.
• 6-8 years of US medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in Pain Management, E/M, and Anesthesia Coding.
• ASC Facility Coding experience preferred.
• Experience in handling coding teams, training, and quality reviews.
• Ability to review coding denials, appeals, and payer audits.
• Strong understanding of CMS, NCCI, LCD/NCD, and payer medical policies.
• Ability to interpret medical records and assign accurate codes.
• Experience in analyzing coding-related denials, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Ability to provide coding feedback and recommendations to clients and address client queries confidently.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
