Responsibilities

• Apply the Document Control Process and track revisions.

As Document Controller, manage engineering documentation, document revisions, transmittals, approvals and ensure compliance with document control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Application of the Document Control Process,
• Check of administrative compliance of the technical documentation,
• Initiation of documents approval flow,
• Management of internal distribution lists,
• Internal distribution of the technical documentation to the execution teams,
• Coherence of technical documentation data basis,
• Completeness of project management tools such as the Master Document Lists of projects,
• Archival storage of the technical documentation,
• Data encoding such as employees time sheets.

Background, Skills And Competencies

• Education & Experience 1-2 years' experience preferably in technical or industrial context as Document Controller
• Graduate in Arts / Science / Commerce
• Good written and oral skills in English
• Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Data Base Management
• Archive of Engineering documents from order booking to drawings issue to cross functional team
