Your key responsibilities

• The role in the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function is responsible for executing and managing 360-degree marketing communications campaigns, primarily PR, external communications for various channels, events support for Technology Consulting and the broader theme of AI. This includes working closely with the Consulting business teams and the wider BMC team for executing the Marketing and Communications Strategy which supports the overall priorities for EY India\"s Technology Consulting and the sectors assigned to the individual. Job description:


• Proactive media engagement both traditional and new age media to favourably position the brand, the relevant solutions, sectors and subject matter leaders


• Liaise within internal stakeholders/leadership to create and promote external announcements of business wins/thought leadership reports with relevant target audience through effective PR promotions.


• Execute the priority marketing initiatives building a favourable position for the brand's AI and Technology Consulting offerings. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the ideation and promotion of PoV via reports/articles, writing marketing collateral, management of events and webcasts, and employee branding initiatives, all while adhering to EY brand guidelines and processes.


• Liaison with the global marketing teams to track global campaigns and adapt those to be leveraged in India


• Facilitate internal reportage and the various firm processes


• In discussion with the EY social media team, develop and implement a digital and social media strategy aimed towards enhancing the visibility of leadership and solutions. This includes ideation, maintenance, content curations and innovative marketing of thought leadership, webpages and social media platforms


• Develop internal communication, leadership messages, etc. to raise solution or program awareness within the employee groups


• Preferred skills set:


• Demonstrate experience in media relations, especially for a reputed PR agency and engage journalists without external agency support.


• Should understand the new age, traditional media, social media modus operandi


• A strong executive presence, ability develop trusted business relationships with senior leadership


• Demonstrate strong project management skills and proficiency in content creation and copy writing


• Past experience with tech companies will be preferred


• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication abilities with a capability to network in external settings including events and in the PR community


• Work collaboratively and effectively with peer functions and stakeholders to deliver on Technology Consulting and the assigned sectors' strategic priorities


• Creative thinking for innovative marketing solutions
