Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking an Asst Mgr in Manufacturing Quality Eng for Assembly & Testing to lead quality control in Paint Process, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements across shifts.

You will coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, review daily quality data, plan for new model color launches, and support audits. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 3–5 years of related experience and strong QC tools skills are expected.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in quality control, data analysis and issue resolution.
• Shift work capability in Paint Process & Quality control.
• Strong knowledge of QC tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work in shifts and independently handle Paint Process & Product Quality control, troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with material suppliers on quality issues and upgradation.
• Ensure product quality parameters and goals are achieved as planned.
• Review and analyze daily quality data, rework and customer complaints.
• Paint quality planning and execution for new model and color launches.
• Field complaint analysis and action planning for paint shop issues.
• Interact with body shop, TCF shops and PVT for paint shop quality coordination.
• Facilitate internal and external audits.
