Raphe mPhibr Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager – Supply Chain to convert approved requirements into well-negotiated, accurately placed orders and to keep total cost in check.

You will run RFQs, negotiate terms, and track every item to ensure on-time delivery while guiding a small team of buyers. The role requires strong negotiation, procurement execution, and data-driven cost analysis with hands-on ERP purchasing experience and a focus on risk management and supplier

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain, or CPSM/CSCP/CIPS certification is a plus.
• 6–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Own procurement execution from approved requirements to on-time delivery.
• Run RFQs, normalise quotations and recommend the right source with reasons.
• Negotiate price, payment terms and delivery schedule as one package.
• Challenge quotations with cost breakdowns, should-cost estimates and total cost analysis.
• Raise accurate POs, secure order acknowledgements and resolve commercial mismatches.
• Review supplier contracts and flag risk in payment, liability, warranty and penalty clauses.
• Track every open order until on-time delivery and escalate slips with dates and recovery options.
• Build category strategies from spend analysis for high-spend commodities.
• Share insights with leadership on savings, cost reduction and supplier performance.
• Guide and develop a small team of buyers.
• Document learnings about parts, suppliers and systems for faster onboarding.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Assistant Manager / Manager - Supply Chain to convert approved requirements across Raphe into well-negotiated, accurately placed orders. You will keep the total cost of what we buy under control, run RFQs and negotiations end to end, and track every procured item until it is delivered on time. You will guide a small team of buyers and use data to show what is working.

• Strong commercial negotiation skills: price, payment terms and delivery schedule negotiated together as one package.
• RFQ management: issue clear requests, chase responses, normalise quotations and make a recommendation.
• Purchase execution: raise accurate POs from approved requests, secure order acknowledgements, resolve commercial mismatches and track until on-time delivery.
• Understanding of commercial terms and contracts: payment terms, liability, warranty and penalty clauses, well enough to spot risk.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on ERP purchasing transactions.
• Ability to guide, review and develop the work of junior buyers.

Preferred Skills:

• Total cost analysis: comparing across cost drivers, not only unit price.
• Supplier commercial performance: tracking savings, cost reduction and supplier scorecards over time.
• Exposure to government or defence procurement rules.
• Background in aerospace, defence, drone (UAS) or a related high-tech industry is a plus.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain, or a certification such as CPSM, CSCP or CIPS, is a plus.
• 6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
