Job summary

EXL in India is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to manage end-to-end procurement across assigned categories, from requirement to contract closure.

You will run RFI/RFP/RFQ events, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, commercials, and key terms to secure the best outcomes.

Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and InfoSec, build supplier relationships, monitor savings, timelines and maintain documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing / procurement roles.
• Hands-on experience in running sourcing events (RFPs, negotiations, supplier evaluation).
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Decent negotiation skills with practical exposure.
