Job summary

Sembcorp Industries Ltd. seeks a Legal professional to support the Legal team with land due diligence and land-related matters across renewable/thermal power and infrastructure projects. You will assist with litigation, regulatory, and commercial issues, draft notices, conduct research, and maintain MIS for relevant departments.

The role requires 3–5 years PQE in land/infra law and experience in the power sector, with ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• LL.B. with 3–5 years PQE in land, regulatory, or infrastructure matters.
• Experience handling land-related legal issues in the power sector.
• Ability to draft legal notices and conduct legal research.
