Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Food & Beverage operations, including stewarding, to uphold Hyatt's high standards across kitchens, outlets, and banquets.

The role focuses on leading a team, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining clean, organized back-of-house operations in line with brand expectations. Ideal candidates bring hospitality training and proven leadership in a hotel or large restaurant.

Qualifications

• Ideally a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, cost-centre by maintaining an organised back-of-house area in Food and Beverage.
• Provide kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment based on expected business levels.
