Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is seeking a Key Accounts Executive to manage existing customers in the Hyderabad region. This is primarily an office-based role with customer contact over phone or email; occasional on-site visits may be required.

Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive retention, renewals, upselling, and new business, while monitoring collections and DSO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Care.
• Experience in managing Key Accounts is an added advantage.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers in the region.
• Retain customers and drive contract renewals with price increases.
• Monitor collections / DSO and drive payments.
• Upsell and drive business development with new customers.
• Perform market surveys and competitor analysis to identify gaps.
• Provide feedback to the service team to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

About the Role:

• The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing existing customers in the region/geography assigned. This is primarily an office based job and so the responsibilities that will need to be executed will involve customer contact over telephone or email. In exceptional cases, it may be required to visit the customer.
• The person will report to the National Key Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.

• Customer (Revenue) retention of 95%+
• On-time customer contract renewal of 100%
• Price increase from existing customers as per target set
• Manage collection and DSO as per targets set

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):

• Overall Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Care experience of 4+ years. Experience in managing Key Accounts will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Customer Relationship management skills
• Good communication – both verbal and written
