Job summary

Instawork in Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Manager – Operations to build and scale robotics data operations across APAC, starting from Bengaluru.

You will hire, mentor, and lead a lean team; design scalable workflows, QA pipelines, and performance systems; and automate processes with AI tools.

This is a greenfield operation with ownership of vendor relationships and a chance to work with world‑class talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, building and leading teams in startups.
• Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
• Strong with operational metrics, data reporting, and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation platforms.
