Job summary

Instawork is seeking a City Business Lead to drive field sales and operations across India. This hands-on role requires building and leading field teams, visiting diverse commercial sites, closing partnerships, and delivering on daily data-collection targets.

City Business Lead – Field Sales & Operations

What You’ll Do

• Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses
• Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection
• Build relationships and close partnerships
• Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs)
• Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations
• Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality
• Expand into new categories and new areas
