Job summary

Tata AutoComp Systems Limited in Pune is seeking an internal audit professional to support the full audit cycle, report on risk and control management over operations, and assist the Lead Internal Audit in BU audits.

The role includes audit of plants as per the annual plan, coordinating audit schedules, collecting documents, performing data analysis, and drafting observations with management responses. Experience with SAP across modules and RCM preparation is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal audit environments.
• Ability to perform risk-based audits and control assessments.
• Familiarity with Risk Control Matrix preparation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the full audit cycle, reporting on risk and control management over operations.
• Leads or assists in Internal Audit of Business Units as per plan.
• Prepares draft observations and management responses in Internal Audit Reports.
• Coordinates plant/audit schedules, opening meetings, and documentation requests.
• Performs data extraction/analysis to support audit findings.
• Discusses observations with process owners and assists in process analysis.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

Supports in Performing full audit cycle, reports on risk & control management over operations effectiveness, compliance and support Lead Internal Audit in Internal Audit of BUs .

Audit of Plants as per Annual Plan

• Communicates Audit schedule to Plant/BU & initiates opening meeting on scope of audit, initial documents requirements & duration.
• Assisting in conducting audit reviews/IFC reviews as agreed with Lead Internal Audit on respective processes
• Follows the audit checklist of agreed areas of reviews
• Assisting in carrying out reviews by retrieving, compiling and analyzing data & information and verification of relevant records and documentation
• Assisting Audit Lead to do process analysis
• Assisting Audit Lead to discuss with process owner on the observations.

Report Preparation

• Drafting observations & updating the management response in Internal Audit Report.
• Identify target date for implementation on observations.
• Submission of IA report to Lead Auditor for any changes or inputs.
