Role Overview

The role is the central owner for design, development, governance and maintenance of centralized learning content across AISATS.

The incumbent will ensure all learning content is instructionally effective, digitally engaging, current and compliant with applicable DGCA, IATA, Safety, Security, airline/customer and internal requirements.

The role will also drive digital and AI-enabled content development, multilingual learning solutions, content governance, RoR/version control and end-to-end delivery of learning-content projects.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own centralized training content across classroom, e-learning, blended learning and performance-support formats.
• Maintain RoR, version control, review cycles, approval records and centralized content repositories.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements including DGCA, IATA, Safety, Security and airline/customer standards are accurately embedded in relevant content.
• Partner with SMEs and functional stakeholders for technical validation and timely content updates.
• Design and develop e-learning, interactive modules, assessments, videos, posters, infographics, job aids and other digital learning assets.
• Use tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Snagit, Canva, Photoshop, SharePoint and AI-enabled authoring tools.
• Leverage AI tools for faster content creation, translation, voiceovers and localization across multiple Indian languages while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Apply instructional design and adult-learning principles to simplify complex technical and operational content.
• Own content-development projects end-to-end with accountability for timelines, quality, approvals, learner experience and outcomes.
• Track regulatory, SOP and policy changes and ensure impacted content is updated within defined timelines.
• Review learner feedback, assessment data and stakeholder inputs to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Ensure required software, tools, licenses and content-development capabilities are available with necessary approvals.
• Continuously evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend relevant solutions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum- Bachelor’s degree or higher education. Must have string hands-on capability in:-

• Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360
• AI-enabled content‑authoring tools
• MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
• SharePoint
• LMS and digital‑learning platforms

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Staff should possess the following experiences:

• Minimum 4–10 years of experience in L&TD, with at least 2 years in ground handling or aviation

Relevant experience should include:

• Instructional design and digital‑content development.
• Hands‑on development of e‑learning and multimedia learning assets.
• Managing multiple content‑development projects independently.
• Working with SMEs to convert technical content into effective learning solutions.
• Content governance, documentation and version control.
• Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation or another regulated/safety‑critical industry preferred.
• Exposure to AI‑based content development and multilingual learning solutions desirable.
