Job summary

Park Hyatt Chennai is seeking a capable Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in running a busy outlet in line with Hyatt's standards. You will help manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth guest service.

This role requires a hospitality qualification and at least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a hotel or large restaurant. You will contribute to guest satisfaction, budgets, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant.

To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
