The HR Systems Team sits within the Global People Operations function and works in partnership with Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners and business groups to provide assistance in the technological support on Workday Human Capital Management System and other HR applications such as Cornerstone On Demand and LinkedIn Learning.
This role focuses on delivering unified, high-quality reporting solutions across HRIS platforms to support data-driven decision-making and service delivery excellence. While Workday remains a core system, the role requires a broader perspective across multiple HR technologies. The ideal candidate will apply AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and governance. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and contributes to HR technology transformation projects.
Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules. Ability to work through other HRIS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning) will be preferred. Apply AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and generate predictive insights. Ensure consistency, data accuracy, and compliance across reporting outputs. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic HR initiatives.
Collaborate on configuration and enhancement of business processes across HR systems. Support data flow integration and unified reporting across platforms. Maintain appropriate access controls and data security standards.
Contribute to the HR technology roadmap with a focus on unified reporting and analytics. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved service delivery. Support change management and training related to new reporting tools or processes. Create presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (HR, Finance, CPO Tech) to understand and fulfil reporting needs. Provide expert guidance on Workday reporting capabilities and solutions. Engage with internal clients and team members to gather reporting requirements and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
