Job summary

KMV Projects seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs on high-rise construction sites. You will implement HSE systems, conduct risk assessments, and lead toolbox talks to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in high-rise construction and a proven track record in managing site HSE programs and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Implement HSE management systems on construction sites.
• Develop and maintain Project HSE plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Review Method Statements and SOPs for compliance.
• Monitor high-risk activities and PPE compliance.

• Develop and maintain the Project HSE Plan.
• Conduct and facilitate HIRA/JSA/TRA.
• Review Method Statements and SOPs.
• Promote worker consultation and participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the KMV Corporate HSE Management System.
• Develop and maintain the Project HSE Plan.
• Conduct and facilitate HIRA/JSA/TRA.
• Review Method Statements and SOPs.
• Implement the Permit-to-Work system.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Monitor high-risk activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and HSE awareness programmes.
• Verify PPE compliance.
• Monitor scaffolding, lifting, electrical, excavation, work-at-height and other critical activities.
• Report incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
• Support incident investigation.
• Track corrective actions.
• Conduct emergency drills.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance.
• Maintain required HSE records and registers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Participate in client and statutory inspections.
• Promote worker consultation and participation.
• Provide HSE advice to project management and site personnel.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have experience in High-Rise Construction Buildings, with Min 10+Yrs experience.
