THE HOUSE OF ABHINANDAN LODHA (HOABL) is seeking an Assistant Manager Graphic Designer to join our Luxury Business. The role demands conceptualizing and executing high-quality visuals from ground-up campaigns and localizing global creatives for local markets.

You will design assets for campaigns across digital and print, adapt formats while preserving brand language, manage end-to-end artwork and collaborate with marketing and brand teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Video editing knowledge is a plus (Premiere Pro or similar).
• Experience designing for luxury or premium brands is advantageous.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign adaptation and final artwork.

Responsibilities

• Design original creative assets from scratch for campaigns, digital platforms, print, and brand collateral.
• Adapt and localize creatives across formats and channels while preserving brand consistency.
• Manage end-to-end artwork release and production-ready files.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate briefs into visuals.

About the Role

HOABL's Luxury Business is looking for an Assistant Manager Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who can independently conceptualize and execute high‑quality visual content from ground‑up campaign design to adapting global creative for local markets — while maintaining the premium design language expected of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original creative assets from scratch for campaigns, digital platforms, print, and brand collateral
• Adapt and localize campaign creatives across formats and channels while preserving brand consistency
• Manage end‑to‑end artwork release — ensuring print/production‑ready files, correct specs, and timely handoff
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives
• Edit and produce short‑form videos/reels for social and campaign use (added advantage)
• Maintain and elevate design standards in line with a luxury brand identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / similar) is a plus
• Prior experience designing for luxury or premium brands is a strong plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original design work, campaign adaptation, and artwork finalization
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and manage design projects end‑to‑end
