THE HOUSE OF ABHINANDAN LODHA (HOABL) invites an Assistant Manager Graphic Designer to lead high‑end visuals for campaigns, digital platforms, and print. The role requires independent concepting, local adaptation of global creatives, and a premium design language suited to a luxury brand.

You will collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals, showcasing a strong luxury portfolio and meticulous typography and layout skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Video editing knowledge using Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Experience designing for luxury or premium brands is a strong plus.
• A strong portfolio showing original design work and campaign adaptation.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage end‑to‑end design projects.

Responsibilities

About the Role

HOABL's Luxury Business is looking for an Assistant Manager Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who can independently conceptualize and execute high‑quality visual content from ground‑up campaign design to adapting global creative for local markets — while maintaining the premium design language expected of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original creative assets from scratch for campaigns, digital platforms, print, and brand collateral
• Adapt and localize campaign creatives across formats and channels while preserving brand consistency
• Manage end‑to‑end artwork release — ensuring print/production‑ready files, correct specs, and timely handoff
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives
• Edit and produce short‑form videos/reels for social and campaign use (added advantage)
• Maintain and elevate design standards in line with a luxury brand identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / similar) is a plus
