THE HOUSE OF ABHINANDAN LODHA (HOABL) is seeking an Assistant Manager Graphic Designer to join our luxury creative team in India. The role requires independent concepting and execution of high-quality visuals, from ground-up campaigns to local market adaptations, while upholding a premium luxury design language.

You will lead end-to-end artwork releases, collaborate across marketing and brand teams, and have the opportunity to work with video editing for social campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
• Experience designing for luxury/premium brands is desirable.
• Strong portfolio showing campaigns, adaptation, and final artwork.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to manage design projects end-to-end independently.

About the Role

HOABL's Luxury Business is looking for an Assistant Manager Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who can independently conceptualize and execute high‑quality visual content from ground‑up campaign design to adapting global creative for local markets — while maintaining the premium design language expected of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original creative assets from scratch for campaigns, digital platforms, print, and brand collateral
• Adapt and localize campaign creatives across formats and channels while preserving brand consistency
• Manage end‑to‑end artwork release — ensuring print/production‑ready files, correct specs, and timely handoff
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives
• Edit and produce short‑form videos/reels for social and campaign use (added advantage)
• Maintain and elevate design standards in line with a luxury brand identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / similar) is a plus
• Prior experience designing for luxury or premium brands is a strong plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original design work, campaign adaptation, and artwork finalization
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and manage design projects end‑to‑end

Someone who can balance creative originality with brand discipline — equally comfortable designing a campaign from a blank canvas as adapting an existing one, and who understands what "luxury" looks and feels like in design.
