Job Description

This role will be responsible for establishing financial planning and Analysis activities, preparing various MIS and month-end closing reports. Person should be a Chartered Accountant with 6 to 8 years of experience in IT/ITES setup with excellent communication skills, preferably a STPI unit. It will be good to have prior knowledge of Tally, Hyperion and NetSuite accounting software for this role.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Prepare various MIS, Budgeting, Financial planning & Analysis
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing process
• He/She will take care of Treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
• He/She will be responsible for revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Audits Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal audit, Group Audit and Transfer Pricing
• Working knowledge of the following compliance areas :- a) STPI b) ROC/MCA c) Income tax / TDS/WHT d) GST 2021 Egon Zehnder 3 e) Labour laws (PF, ESI, LWF, Shop and Establishment Act, Contract labour Regulation Act, New Wage code) Should Have knowledge of Vetting of commercial contracts and managing inventory

Experience and Competencies

• Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience
• Experience with IT/ITES setup, preferable STPI unit.
• Software Expertise - Hands-on experience with tally, Hyperion and NetSuite.
