AXA XL in Gurgaon, India is seeking a chartered accountant with post-qualification experience to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will contribute to financial close, prepare statements, perform variance analysis, and support audits across XLCSSE and NIE entities.
The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with opportunities to drive process improvements and develop the team.
Job Description:
Financial Planning & Analysis team provides accounting and reporting support to XLCSSE and NIE’s legal entities. The key activities of the team involve financial close, quarterly management accounts, preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, reconciliations, processing journals, external audit support, coordination with Third party for bookkeeping and its related reconciliation, etc.
You will report to Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
