Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Pune seeks an Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts to lead financial statement preparation, balance sheet, and P&L, with maturity in Ind AS and GST compliance.

The role covers monthly, quarterly and annual closings, GL accounting, AR/AP management, budgeting and variance analysis, MIS reporting, and coordinating audits with taxation teams. SAP/ERP experience is essential in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Preparation of Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, P&L Accounts and Bank Reconciliation as per Indian Accounting / Ind AS
• Finalisation of Accounts and P&L management per Ind AS / Ind AS
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• GL accounting, AR & AP management
• Budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis/MIS reporting
• Coordination of Auditor and Taxation processes (GST, Direct/Indirect tax)
• Data preparation for GST assessments, litigations and notices from tax authorities

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets and P&L as per Indian GAAP/Ind AS.
• Finalize accounts and manage P&L under Ind AS.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and close ledgers.
• Maintain general ledger, AR & AP workflows.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; produce MIS reports.
• Coordinate audits (internal, statutory, GST, cost) and tax compliance.

Location : Pune - Viman Nagar/Kharadi

Responsibilities: -

- Preparation of Financial Statement/ Balance Sheet / P&L Accounts / Bank Reconciliation Statement as per Indian Accounting / Ind AS

Finalization of Accounts/ P&L Management (As per Indian Accounting / Ind As)

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

General Ledger Accounting,

Accounts Receivable and Payable Management

financial & Accounting Operations Accounts Payables & Receivables

Budgeting and Forecasting

variance analysis / MIS Reporting

Coordination of Auditor and Taxation

Analysis & Statutory Calculations (Direct & Indirect) Internal & External Audits Cash Flow,

Preparation of data for GST assessments, litigations, and responses to notices from tax authorities.

Candidate Requirements:

CA / Chartered Accountant/ ICWA with 1 to 5 years of Experience in Ind AS / Finalisation of Accounts (Preparation of Financial Statement and Balance Sheet ) From any Well known FMCG, Manufacturing, Shared Services, or Large Corporate environments
