North Star Techno Services Pvt Ltd (Vision India Services Pvt Ltd Group) is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end financials for infrastructure projects from Noida. You will oversee accounting, budgeting, cash flows, and tax filings with a focus on audit readiness.

The role requires CA Inter or MBA Finance with 6-8 years of experience, strong Tally proficiency, and collaboration with project teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• CA Inter or MBA Finance qualification required.
• 6-8 years of experience in finance, preferably with infra projects.
• Strong command over Tally and financial reporting necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Handle project trackers, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management for ongoing infra projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
• Track project costs, revenue recognition and financial performance with project teams.
• Manage tax filings, GST compliance and coordinate with auditors/tax consultants.
• Maintain financial records on Tally.
• Monitor fixed assets and inventory.
• Lead financial audits and drive process improvements.
