Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) at the Assistant Manager level with strong experience in Finance & Accounts (F&A) operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core finance processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).

Candidates from the Real Estate industry are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations.
• Handle Record to Report (R2R) activities, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Oversee Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closure of books of accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and support audits and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to financial controls.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in Finance & Accounts (F&A).
• Hands-on exposure to R2R, P2P, AR, and AP.
• Real Estate industry experience is an added advantage.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.
