• Experience in financial reporting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and MIS reporting.
• Proficient in Zoho Books and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and review books of accounts and finalization of Trial balance; Ledger scrutiny with month-end closing.
• End-to-end payroll process including statutory compliance and employee benefits.
• Quarterly TDS filing and various tax assessments.
• Risk analysis and timely solution provision.
• Timely month closing and MIS reporting with Forex rate analysis.
• Monitoring compliance processes: TDS, Income tax, PF, PT & ESIC, GST compliance.
• Implementing cost-saving measures and process automation.
• Transfer pricing analysis and reporting.
• Cash flow management and client invoicing.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial reporting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be proficient in ZOHO Books and advanced Excel, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in the IT/Services industry mandatory and exposure to GCC operations will be an added advantage.

Experience: 5–8 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the IT/ITES or services industry, with hands-on experience in financial operations, statutory compliance, audits, payroll coordination, and process improvements. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
