Job summary

Dataforune, headquartered in Atlanta with Pune development centers, seeks an Assistant Manager Finance in Pune to oversee financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, GL, taxation, budgeting and MIS reports. Proficiency in Zoho Books and advanced Excel is essential.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in IT/ITES or services, with GCC exposure a plus and a track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the IT/ITES or services industry, with hands-on experience in financial operations, statutory compliance, audits, payroll coordination, and process improvements.
• Proficient in ZOHO Books and advanced Excel, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and review of books of accounts; finalization of trial balance and ledger scrutiny with month-end closing.
• End-to-end payroll process including statutory compliance and employee benefits.
• Quarterly TDS filing and tax assessments.
• Risk analysis and timely solution provision; Forex rate analysis for MIS.
• Month closing & MIS reporting; monitor TDS, Income tax, PF, PT & ESIC.
• GST compliance and refund processing; implement cost-saving measures.
• Client invoicing; AR & AP processing; aging risk analysis.
• Work on process automation and reducing processing time.

Assistant Manager Finance

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial reporting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be proficient in ZOHO Books and advanced Excel, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in the IT/Services industry mandatory and exposure to GCC operations will be an added advantage.

Experience: 5–8 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the IT/ITES or services industry, with hands-on experience in financial operations, statutory compliance, audits, payroll coordination, and process improvements.
