Job summary

PS Group is seeking a finance professional to build robust financial feasibility models for CAPEX projects and real estate ventures. You will perform IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback analysis and assess break-even points, with a focus on sensitivity scenarios.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance tracking against return benchmarks, ensuring alignment with regulatory and tax considerations in India.

Qualifications

• Financial modelling, project finance & real estate feasibility.
• Knowledge of Indian tax & regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced Excel; exposure to MIS/ERP tools.
