Job summary

A One Recruiters in Haridwar, India seeks an experienced accounting leader to oversee month-end close, maintain GL integrity, and ensure accurate financial reporting for multiple properties.

You will direct AP/AR operations, manage cash, and coordinate audits with external auditors and advisors, while guiding a growing accounting team toward timely and compliant deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure GL accuracy and integrity, including balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage AP, AR, cash balances, debt payments, and investor distributions.
• Review financial reports and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Oversee lender reporting, covenant compliance, and reserve draw packages.
• Coordinate audit and tax activities with external auditors and advisors.
• Lead accounting setup and onboarding of new properties/entities.
• Establish and monitor accounting controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership, property management teams, lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, resolve accounting issues, and drive continuous improvements.
